医源性感染控制策略在口腔设备规范化管理中的实践研究

摘　　要：目的:分析口腔设备规范化管理过程中应用医源性感染控制策略的实践效果。方法:本次调查研究的时间为2022年1月~2023年12月,共纳入口腔设备9台,2022年1月~2022年12月9台设备应用常规管理模式,为对照组;2023年1月~2023年12月应用医源性感染控制策略,为观察组。对比分析两组管理期间口腔设备的管理质量以及医源性感染发生率情况。结果:观察组期间口腔设备管理不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组清洁效果和消毒效果均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组期间口腔设备的故障发生率较低(P<0.05);观察组期间的医源性感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:医源性感染控制策略在口腔设备规范化管理中具有较好的实践效果,可有效提高口腔设备的管理水平,避免相关不良事件的发生。Objective:The main purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of iatrogenic infection control strategy in the standardized management of dental equipment.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2023,9 dental devices were included in the study.From January 2022 to December 2022,9 devices used conventional management mode as the control group.From January 2023 to December 2023,iatrogenic infection control strategy was applied in the observation group.Compare the management quality of oral equipment and the incidence of iatrogenic infections between two groups during the management period.Results:The incidence of adverse events in oral equipment management during the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The cleaning and disinfection effects of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of oral equipment failure was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).The incidence of iatrogenic infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Iatrogenic infection control strategy has good practical effect in the standardized management of oral equipment,which can effectively improve the management level of oral equipment and avoid the occurrence of related adverse events.
