摘 要:目的:研究骨关节手术器械清洗消毒流程优化在手术器械供应中的效果。方法:选择2022年1月~2023年1月在本院开展髋膝置换的患者212例,所用的手术器械共24件,根据不同的研究时间阶段分为对照组和观察组,实施手术治疗的患者各106例,其中对照组的研究时间为2022年1月~6月,采用常规的清洗消毒流程;观察组的研究时间为2022年7月~2023年1月,采用优化清洗消毒流程。对比两组手术器械清洗改善情况、清洗消毒时间和清洗消毒成本费用,患者发生术后感染情况和手术器械清洗消毒的满意率。结果:观察组对手术器械的破损比例、清洁消毒比例以及手术器械清点符合比例均优于对照组;观察组的清洗时间和消毒时间显著短于对照组,观察组的清洗成本和消毒成本显著低于对照组;观察组出现术后感染比例1.89%,显著低于对照组的6.60%;观察组对于手术器械清洗消毒的满意率达到了100.00%,显著优于对照组的83.33%,均存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:通过优化骨关节手术清洗消毒工作步骤有着较好的效果,能够降低手术设备的清洁消毒时间,降低术后感染发生比例,增强手术室医疗工作者的满意度。Objective:To study the effect of optimizing the cleaning and disinfection process of bone and joint surgical instruments in the supply of surgical instruments.Methods:212 patients with hip and knee replacement in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were enrolled in this study.A total of 24 surgical instruments were used.According to different research time stages,they were divided into control group and observation group,106 patients in each group.The research time of the control group was from January to June 2022,and the conventional cleaning and disinfection process was used;The study time of the observation group was from July 2022 to January 2023,and the optimized cleaning and disinfection process was adopted.The improvement of surgical instrument cleaning in the two groups was compared;Cleaning and disinfection time and cleaning and disinfection costs;The satisfaction rate of patients with postoperative infection and cleaning and disinfection of surgical instruments.Results:The observation group was superior to the control group in terms of the proportion of damaged surgical instruments,the proportion of cleaning and disinfection,and the proportion of compliance with the counting of surgical instruments;The cleaning time and disinfection time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the cleaning cost and disinfection cost of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group;The incidence of postoperative infection in the observation group was 1.89%,significantly lower than the 6.60%in the control group;The satisfaction rate of surgical instrument cleaning and disinfection in the observation group reached 100.00%,significantly better than the 83.33%in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Optimizing the cleaning and disinfection steps of bone and joint surgery has a good effect,which can reduce the cleaning and disinfection time of surgical equipment,reduce the incidence of postoperative infecti
