极速生物阅读器在手术器械灭菌监测中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探究极速生物阅读器在手术器械灭菌监测中的应用效果。方法:选择2023年1月~2023年6月本院消毒供应中心105包手术器械(共466件手术器械)进行灭菌,灭菌后应用3M 390G快速生物阅读器监测设为对照组,应用3M 490极速生物阅读器进行灭菌效果监测设为试验组,比较两组监测效果及其监测所需时间。结果:以常规细菌培养法为标准,两组假阳性率、准确性对比,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.357,P=0.550)。试验组灭菌监测所需时间显著短于对照组,且急诊手术、非急诊手术器械周转时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:极速生物阅读器与快速生物阅读器监测手术器械灭菌效果相当,但极速生物阅读器能够更快速获得监测结果,有助于缩短手术器械周转时间。Objective:To explore the application effect of superspeed biological reader in sterilization monitoring of surgical instruments.Methods:105 sets of surgical instruments(a total of 466 surgical instruments)were selected from the sterilization supply center of our hospital from January 2023 to June 2023 for sterilization.After sterilization,the control group was monitored for sterilization effect using the 3M 390G rapid biological reader,while the experimental group was monitored for sterilization effect using the 3M 490 rapid biological reader.The monitoring effect and monitoring time of the two groups were compared.Results:Using conventional bacterial culture method as the standard,there was no statistically significant difference in false positive rate and accuracy between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.357,P=0.550).The time required for sterilization monitoring in the experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group,and the turnover time of emergency surgical and non-emergency surgical instruments was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The sterilization effect of the extremely fast biological reader and the rapid biological reader monitoring surgical instruments is equivalent,but the extremely fast biological reader can obtain monitoring results more quickly,which helps to shorten the turnover time of surgical instruments.
