摘　　要：目的:评估基于价值驱动的维修策略在血液透析机保养和故障处理中的效益。方法:本研究涵盖了福建省泉州市泉港区医院2022年3月~2024年4月使用的21台血液透析机。研究期间,这些设备先后经历了传统维修管理(2022年3月~2023年3月)和价值驱动维修管理(2023年4月~2024年4月)。研究对比了两种管理模式在成本效益、设备故障率以及管理质量方面的表现差异。结果:在成本效益方面,价值驱动维修模式血液透析机的G_(运行利润)、G_(诊断收费)以及I_(年限)百分比均高于传统模式,G_(保障费用)低于传统模式(P<0.05)。VDM血液透析机发生电源故障、报警系统故障、透析液供给系统故障等总故障数低于传统模式,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。VDM模式采集的120项管理质量有效事项的有效率均高于传统模式(P<0.05)。结论:价值驱动维修模式不仅能提升血液透析机的成本效益,还能有效降低设备故障率,提高管理质量,为未来的医疗设备管理提供了新的视角和实践证据。Objective:To discuss the value of maintenance and fault control of hemodialysis room hemodialysis machine based on value-driven maintenance.Methods:This study covered 21 hemodialysis machines used at Quangang District Hospital,Quanzhou City,Fujian Province from March 2022 to April 2024.During the research period,these devices underwent both traditional maintenance management(March 2022 to March 2023)and value driven maintenance management(April 2023 to April 2024).The study compared the performance differences between two management models in terms of cost-effectiveness,equipment failure rate,and management quality.Results:The value-driven maintenance(VDM)model for hemodialysis machines improved cost-effectiveness,showing higher operating profit(G operating profit),diagnostic fee growth(G diagnostic charges),and lifespan percentage(I lifespan percentage)while reducing guarantee costs(G security cost)(P<0.05).Despite a lower overall failure rate,including power,alarm system,and dialysate supply failures,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Additionally,VDM outperformed the traditional model in quality control,maintenance,clinical operations,data management,and disposal efficiency across 120 management data points(P<0.05).Conclusion:The value-driven maintenance(VDM)model boosts hemodialysis machines’cost-effectiveness,lowers failure rates,and enhances management quality,offering new insights and evidence for future medical equipment management.
