疾控机构仪器设备全过程协同管理在设备质量评估与控制中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨疾控机构仪器设备全过程协同管理在设备质量评估与控制中的应用价值。方法:选择本中心范围内的相关仪器设备,其中观察组100例次,对照组100例次。比较两组疾控机构仪器设备在采购与报废过程中的情况,分析两组仪器设备维修、保养及应急使用得分,统计两组仪器设备故障情况。结果:观察组仪器设备采购、仪器设备验收及仪器设备报废过程的满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组仪器设备维修得分、仪器设备保养得分及仪器设备应急使用得分均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组发生零部件脱落、操作不当、记录不全、维修记录缺失及消毒不合格的比例均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对疾控中心仪器设备管理上使用全过程协同管理,可优化仪器设备的采购、报废流程,提高维修、保养效率,降低故障率。Objective:To explore the application value of the whole process collaborative management of instruments and equipment in disease control organization in equipment quality evaluation and control.Methods:All of them were related instruments and equipment in the center,including 100 cases in the observation group and 100 cases in the control group.Compare the purchasing and scrapping of instruments and equipment in two groups of disease control institutions,analyze the maintenance,maintenance and emergency use scores of the two groups of instruments and equipment,and count the failures of the two groups of instruments and equipment.Results:The satisfaction scores of instrument and equipment purchase,instrument and equipment acceptance and instrument and equipment scrapping in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the scores of instrument and equipment maintenance,instrument and equipment emergency use in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of parts falling off,improper operation,incomplete records,missing maintenance records and unqualified disinfection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using the whole process collaborative management in the management of instruments and equipment in disease control organization can optimize the procurement and scrapping process of instruments and equipment,improve the efficiency of maintenance and reduce the failure rate.
