基于彩色器械图谱和视频指导的医疗器械电子数据库在腔镜器械管理中的应用

摘  要:目的:研究分析基于彩色器械图谱和视频指导的医疗器械电子数据库在腔镜器械管理中的应用。方法:选取2023年5月~2023年10月本院300例腔镜器械为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=150)和试验组(n=150),对照组对腔镜器械采用普通处理流程,试验组对腔镜器械采用对照图谱或视频指导。比较两组腔镜器械基本情况、器械作业能力指数、无缺陷作业能力值及医师满意度。结果:试验组腔镜器械总错误发生率低于对照组,其中腔镜器械清洗错误率0.67%低于对照组3.33%;拆卸错误率2.00%低于对照组4.00%;组装错误率2.67%低于对照组5.33%;包装错误率1.33%低于对照组2.67%(P<0.05)。试验组器械作业能力指数中清点指数(0.57±0.02)、使用指数(0.66±0.03)、维护指数(0.58±0.07)均高于对照组,试验组无缺陷作业能力中清点值(4.10±0.46)、使用值(4.24±0.35)、维护值(4.33±0.62)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组医师总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),其中非常满意度为40.67%,较满意度51.33%,不满意有12人,不满意度8.00%低于对照组16.67%(P<0.05)。结论:基于彩色器械图谱和视频指导的医疗器械电子数据库降低了腔镜器械在拆卸、清洗、配置、包装环节中的损坏率及错误率,提高了腔镜器械清洗质量及医师满意度。Objective:To study and analyze the application of color instrument atlas and video guidance in endoscopic instrument management.Methods:300 cases of endoscopic instruments in our hospital from May 2020 to October 2020 were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group(n=150)and experimental group(n=150)by random number table method.The control group was treated with ordinary procedures for endoscopic instruments,and the experimental group was treated with control map or video guidance.The basic conditions of endoscopy instruments,instrument operating ability index,defectfree operating ability value and physician satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total error rate of endoscopic instruments in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the cleaning error rate of endoscopic instruments was 0.67%lower than that in control group.The disassembly error rate of 2.00%was lower than that of control group 4.00%.The assembly error rate of 2.67%was lower than that of control group 5.33%.The packaging error rate of 1.33%was lower than that of control group(2.67%)(P<0.05).The counting index(0.57±0.02),use index(0.66±0.03)and maintenance index(0.58±0.07)of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.The count value(4.10±0.46),use value(4.24±0.35)and maintenance value(4.33±0.62)of the defect-free working ability of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of doctors in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the very satisfaction was 40.67%,the relative satisfaction was 51.33%,12 patients were dissatisfied,and the dissatisfaction was 8.00%lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic instruments atlas and video guidance can reduce the damage rate and error rate of endoscopic instruments in disassembly,cleaning,configuration and packaging,and improve the cleaning quality of endoscopic instruments and physicians’satisfaction.
