观察PDCA循环管理联合细节管理对手术室器械安全管理及质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨PDCA循环管理联合细节管理策略对手术室器械安全管理及质量提升的有效性。方法:本研究采用随机对照试验设计,抽取2022年1月~2023年12月500例手术室器械作为试验组,实施PDCA循环管理联合细节管理模式;抽取2020年1月~2021年12月500例手术室器械作为对照组,采用常规器械管理模式。分析两组器械管理情况。结果:相比对照组,试验组消毒隔离质量、巡回护理配合技能、手术室器械准备情况、护理安全及仪器设备管理等手术室器械安全管理效果更优,器械丢失、损坏、污染等不良事件发生率以及器械感染率更低,清洁达标率以及医护人员对器械管理满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环管理联合细节管理策略可有效提升手术室器械安全管理水平及质量,减少不良事件发生,提高手术效率,有效强化了手术室管理的规范性和科学性。Objective:To explore the effectiveness of PDCA cycle management combined with detail management strategy on the safety management and quality improvement of operating room instruments.Methods:This study adopted a randomized controlled trial design,and selected 500 operating room instruments from January 2022 to December 2023 as the experimental group,and implemented PDCA cycle management and detailed management mode;500 operating room instruments from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the control group,and the conventional instrument management model was adopted.The management of the two groups of instruments was analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the experimental group had better results in the safety management of operating room instruments,such as disinfection and isolation quality,touring nursing coordination skills,operating room instrument preparation,nursing safety and instrument equipment management,and the incidence of adverse events such as instrument loss,damage and contamination and the infection rate of instruments were lower,the rate of cleaning up to standard and the satisfaction of medical staff on instrument management were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA cycle management combined with detail management strategy can effectively improve the safety management level and quality of operating room instruments,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,improve surgical efficiency,and effectively strengthen the standardization and scientific management of operating room.
