摘　　要：目的:分析低温等离子体灭菌器联合全程质控管理在消毒供应中心(CSSD)的应用效果。方法:从2023年8月~2024年3月本院CSSD的医疗器械中选择320件,随机分为观察组(n=160)与对照组(n=160)。对照组采用低温等离子体灭菌器与常规管理流程,观察组采用低温等离子体灭菌器联合全程质控管理。比较两组管理质量、灭菌合格率与医院感染发生率。结果:观察组器械回收、器械清洗、器械包装、器械发放合格率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组灭菌合格率高于对照组,医院感染发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论:低温等离子体灭菌器联合全程质控管理可改善CSSD医疗器械管理质量,提升灭菌合格率,降低医院感染发生风险。Objective:To know the effect of low-temperature plasma sterilizer combined with full process quality management in CSSD.Methods:From August 2023 to March 2024,320 medical devices in CSSD of our hospital were selected,randomly divided into observation group(n=160)and control group(n=160).The control group used low-temperature plasma sterilizers and conventional management processes,while the observation group used low-temperature plasma sterilizers combined with full process quality management.The management quality,sterilization qualification rate,incidence of nosocomial infection between two groups were compared.Results:The qualification rate of instrument recycling,instrument cleaning,instrument packaging,and instrument distribution of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The sterilization qualification rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the incidence of nosocomial infection was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of low-temperature plasma sterilizer and full process quality management can improve the management quality of reusable medical devices in CSSD,improve the sterilization qualification rate,and reduce the risk of nosocomial infection.
