集中管理应用在消毒供应中心腹腔镜手术器械管理中的作用研究

摘　　要：目的:探究集中管理应用在消毒供应中心腹腔镜手术器械管理中的作用。方法:本研究选取本院消毒供应中心的800件腹腔镜手术器械进行管理模式的比较。通过将800件器械分为对照组和实验组进行干预和观察。对于对照组,选择传统的分散管理模式,而对于实验组,则采用新的集中管理模式。对两组临床数据进行比较,对这两种管理模式的优缺点进行分析和评估。结果:实验组回收、清洗、消毒、灭菌、包装及发放合格率、管理质量及管理满意度高于对照组,器械损坏率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:集中管理应用在消毒供应中心腹腔镜手术器械管理中具有显著价值,可有效提升其管理质量。Objective:To explore the role of centralized management in the management of laparoscopic surgical instruments in disinfection supply centers.Methods:This study will compare the management models of 800 laparoscopic surgical instruments from the disinfection supply center of our hospital.Intervention and observation were conducted by dividing these 800 instruments into a control group and an experimental group.For the control group,traditional decentralized management mode will be chosen,while for the experimental group,a new centralized management mode will be adopted.By comparing the clinical data of two groups,the advantages and disadvantages of these two management models can be analyzed and evaluated.Results:The recovery,cleaning,disinfection,sterilization,packaging,and distribution qualification rate,management quality,and management satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the instrument damage rate was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of centralized management in the management of laparoscopic surgical instruments in disinfection supply centers has significant value and can effectively improve their management quality.
