精细化管理在达芬奇机器人手术器械管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨运用精细化管理达芬奇机器人手术器械的方法和效果。方法:选取2023年6月~2024年6月医院处理的1600件达芬奇机器人手术器械为研究对象,按照处理时间顺序分为对照组与观察组,每组800件。对照组采用常规管理方法管理达芬奇机器人手术器械,观察组给予精细化管理,对比两组器械管理指标,包括器械清洗合格率、器械损坏率、临床使用科室满意度情况。结果:干预后,观察组手术器械清洗合格率以及手术器械临床使用科室满意度均高于对照组,器械损坏率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用精细化管理方法管理达芬奇机器人手术器械,器械清洗合格率较高且损坏率低,可有效提高手术器械临床使用科室的满意度。Objective:To analyze the effect of fine management in the management of Da Vinci robot surgical instruments.Methods:A total of 1600 Da Vinci robot surgical instruments were selected from June 2023 to June 2024.The Da Vinci robot surgical instruments in the control group were managed mechanically,while those in the observation group were carefully managed,the Da Vinci robot of the two groups were compared in terms of the rate of compliance with the cleaning of surgical instruments,the rate of instrument damage,and the satisfaction of clinical departments.Results:After intervention,the qualified rate of surgical instruments cleaning and the satisfaction degree of clinical departments in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the rate of instrument damage was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of fine management in the management of Da Vinci robot surgical instruments has a higher qualified rate of instrument cleaning and a lower rate of instrument damage,which can effectively improve the satisfaction of the department of clinical use of surgical instruments.
