产科住院部器械应用规范化消毒的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨产科住院部器械应用规范化消毒的效果情况。方法:选取2022年1月~2023年12月管理的产科住院部器械1000件作为研究对象,其中2022年1月~2022年12月应用常规清洗消毒处理,其间处理的500件产科住院部器械为对照组,2023年1月~2023年12月应用规范化消毒处理,其间处理的500件产科住院部器械为观察组,对比分析两组器械的清洁与消毒效果。结果:观察组产科住院部器械的清洁各维度情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产科住院部器械的消毒情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产科住院部器械应用规范化消毒的效果优良,可以改善器械的清洁与消毒情况。Objective:To investigate the effect of standardized disinfection of instruments in inpatient department of obstetrics.Methods:1000 obstetrical inpatient devices managed from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.Routine cleaning and disinfection were applied from January 2022 to December 2022,and 500 obstetrical inpatient devices treated during this period were selected as the control group.From January 2023 to December 2023,standardized disinfection treatment was applied,during which 500 obstetric inpatient instruments were treated as the observation group,and the cleaning and disinfection effects of the two groups of instruments were compared and analyzed.Results:The observation group was better than the control group in cleaning all dimensions,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disinfection of obstetric inpatient instruments in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of standardized disinfection of instruments in obstetrics inpatient department is good,which can improve the cleaning and disinfection of instruments.
