摘　　要：阐述医院项目设计管理的含义,结合医院项目设计管理存在的问题,梳理了设计招标模式选择、设计任务书提纲撰写、设计费及其限价/支付节点的合理确定、设计合同条款的特殊要求、方案设计创新评价等6方面的管理要点,并通过案例介绍了精细化管理的应用及效果。This article elaborates on the meaning of hospital project design management,combines the existing problems in hospital project design management,sorts out the management points in six aspects such as the selection of design bidding modes,the outline of design program,the reasonable determination of design fees and limit price/payment nodes,the special requirements of design contract terms,and the innovative evaluation of scheme design,and introduces the application and effect of fine management through case examples.
