摘 要:该文对华中地区某三级甲等医院病房楼的病房进行光环境实测。研究数据包括两组病房20个测点在春、夏、冬季的3个测量日的5个时间段的照度值,以及病房内灯具开启、窗帘和隔帘的使用情况。对两组病房的实际照度数据进行描述性分析和方差比较,发现明亮组病房窗口采光条件优于遮挡组,窗帘使用率也高于遮挡组;而遮挡组病房开启灯具的时长多于明亮组,同时其使用隔帘的频率也显著高于明亮组。研究结果显示,病房的实际光环境情况复杂,须结合个案深入分析,在医院设计和病房使用及管理过程中优化自然采光,平衡使用人工照明,关注窗帘和隔帘的调节作用,提升环境的疗愈性。In this research,the light environment of floor inpatient building of certain Grade A Class 3 Hospital in Central China is actually measured.Research data includes the illuminance value of 20 measurement points of two groups of wards during 5 daytime time ranges in spring,summer and winter and the usage condition of light fixtures,curtains and partition curtains in patient rooms.The descriptive analysis is conducted for the difference of two groups of wards in window illuminance and indoor illuminance and the use conditions of artificial lighting,curtain and partition curtain,and the variance of indoor illuminance of two groups of wards is compared.The research results display that window lighting condition and curtain usage rate of bright group wards are superior to those of shielding group,the artificial lighting duration of shielding group wards is longer than that of bright group wards,and the weather screen usage frequency of shielding group wards is significantly higher than that of bright group wards.The actual light environment of ward is complex,so it is necessary to deeply analyze the light environment in combination with the individual case data,optimize the integrated application of natural lighting and artificial lighting,and pay attention to the usage of curtain and partition curtain,so as to enhance the healing properties of the environment.
