摘  要:以聚氨酯人造皮革材料作为实验样品,通过锥形量热仪、热重分析仪对其进行燃烧热解实验,测量并记录了热失重、热释放速率、点燃时间、产生气体体积分数等数据并分析其变化规律,运用了临界热流预测模型测量了材料的临界热流并且使用3种指标对其进行了火灾危险性评估。结果表明,聚氨酯人造皮革有3个较为明显的热失重阶段,3种升温速率下的热失重曲线较为接近,随着热辐射强度的增加,材料的热释放速率、产生烟气体积都在增加;当热辐射强度从25 kW/m^(2)增加到50 kW/m^(2)时,聚氨酯人造皮革的热释放速率峰值从92.590 kW/m^(2)增加到155.889 kW/m^(2);通过临界热流预测模型可以得出聚氨酯人造皮革的理论临界热流为9.190 kW/m^(2);通过FGI、FPI和闪燃风险评价参数可以得出,热辐射强度的变化对材料火灾危险指标的影响较为显著。In this article,polyurethane artificial leather was used as the experimental sample for combustion pyrolysis tests,conducted using a cone calorimeter and thermogravimetric analyzer.The data collected included weight loss,heat release rate,ignition time,and gas volume fraction,which were analyzed to identify the variation patterns.The critical heat flux of the material was measured using the critical heat flux prediction model,and fire hazard was assess-ed using three different indices.The results show that polyurethane artificial leather has three distinct stages of thermal weight loss.The weight loss curves under three different heating rates are quite similar.As the heat radiation intensity increases,the material's heat release rate and smoke volume both increase.When the heat radiation intensity increased from 25 kW/m^(2) to 50 kW/m^(2),the peak heat release rate of polyurethane artificial leather increased from 92.590 kW/m^(2) to 155.889 kW/m^(2).The theoretical critical heat flux of polyurethane artificial leather,as determined by the critical heat flux prediction model,was found to be 9.190 kW/m^(2).Through the use of FGI,FPI,and flashover risk evaluation para-meters,it was concluded that the variation in heat radiation intensity significantly affects the fire hazard indices of the material.
