增幅冲击下后浇段连接装配式钢筋混凝土梁动力响应研究

摘  要:为研究连续增幅冲击下灌浆套筒连接的装配式钢筋混凝土(PC)梁的抗冲击性能,采用LS-DYNA有限元软件对PC梁进行了3次连续增幅冲击下的数值模拟试验,并对PC梁的破坏模态和动态响应展开研究。结果表明,在连续增幅冲击作用下,PC梁后浇段与两侧预制构件的上下侧交界面率先开裂破坏,后浇段内混凝土出现受剪斜裂缝,顶部混凝土受冲击破损,钢筋屈服,冲击响应变得更加复杂;落锤冲击力峰值随落锤初速度增加而变大,第3次增幅冲击下落锤峰值冲击力存在明显滞后,同时第3次冲击时程曲线中没有明显次波峰,表明PC梁在经历前2次连续冲击后整体抗冲击性能显著降低,进而导致PC梁系统将动能转化为内能的能力也相应变差。To investigate the impact resistance of precast concrete(PC)beams with grout sleeve connections under continuous incremental impact,numerical simulations of PC beams subjected to three consecutive incremental impacts were performed using LS-DYNA finite element software.The study analyzed the failure modes and dynamic responses of the PC beams.The results show that under continuous incremental impact,the interface between the cast-in-place section and the adjacent precast components cracked and failed first.Shear diagonal cracks appeared in the concrete of the cast-in-place section,the top concrete was damaged by impact,the reinforcement yielded,and the impact re-sponse became more complex.The peak value of the impact force from the drop hammer increased with the initial vel-ocity of the hammer.During the third incremental impact,the peak impact force of the drop hammer showed significant lag,and there was no distinct secondary peak in the impact time history curve,indicating that the overall impact resis-tance of the PC beam significantly decreased after the first two consecutive impacts.Consequently,the ability of the PC beam system to convert kinetic energy into internal energy also deteriorated.
