摘　　要：具有高度危险性的特种设备和工业、农业、医疗设备,以及航空器、船舶、汽车、家电等设备,建筑物、构筑物及市政地下燃气、电缆管线等设施,超龄老旧继续服役的安全隐患极大且能耗高维护成本高,极易引发安全事故造成人身伤亡和财产损失。因此,从老旧设备设施的安全管理角度,依据当前的研究文献和制度文件,总结在超龄老旧管理和监管方面的经验,一方面为强化老旧设备设施的安全管理提供启发,另一方面也希冀为推进老旧设备设施报废换新启发思路。In the fields of industry,agriculture and medical devices,old special equipment such as underground gas pipelines and cable pipelines may lead to high safety risks,energy consumption,maintenance costs and probability of safety accidents if they continue to be used,which may lead to personal injury and property losses.Aircraft,ships,vehicles,household appliances and other equipment,buildings,and structures may also have the same problem.There-fore,from the perspective of safety management,experiences in the management of over-aged and old equipment and facilities is introduced in this article according to the existing research literature and regulatory documents,hoping to provide clues and thoughts for strengthening the safety management of old equipment and facilities,and promoting the scrapping and replacement of old equipment and facilities.
