摘  要:为了实现对粉尘的快速控制,采用理论分析、实验及数值模拟等方法对典型的新型可调气水喷头雾化性能和捕尘效果进行研究,通过研究表明:新型气水喷雾运行的过程中,气水流量相对制约,呈负相关的关系,其中气压变化对水流量影响较大,水流量Q_(L)与气液流量比值R满足关系Q_(L)=126.55^(e-0.005R);气体压力大于水压时,喷雾的雾化效果较好,最佳气水压力值为水压0.4 MPa、气压0.6MPa,其中D_(50) 可以达到21.9 m;为了验证实验结果,采用Fluent软件建立雾化模型进行内外流场分析,内流场气体分数为0.6左右,液体分数为0.4左右,气体流速约为6 m/s;在最佳气液压力配比值情况下,对比有无喷雾降尘情况下粉尘浓度的变化情况,可调气水喷雾的降尘率能够达到95%以上,降尘效果较好。In order to achieve rapid control of dust,methods such as theoretical analysis,experiments,and numerical simulations were used to study the atomization performance and dust capture effectiveness of a new type of adjustable air-water spray nozzle.The study results show that during the operation of the new air-water spray system,the airflow and water flow are relatively constrained and show a negative correlation.Among them,changes in air pressure have a significant impact on water flow,and the relationship between water flow(Q_(L))and the air-liquid flow ratio(R)meet the relation Q_(L)=126.55^(e-0.005R).When the gas pressure is greater than the water pressure,the atomization effect of the spray is better,with the optimal air-water pressure values being 0.4 MPa for water pressure and 0.6 MPa for air pres-sure,where the D_(50) value can reach 21.9 m.To verify the experimental results,a spray atomization model was estab-lished using Fluent software for internal and external flow field analysis.The internal flow field has a gas volume frac-tion of about 0.6,a liquid volume fraction of about 0.4,and a gas flow velocity of approximately 6 m/s.Under the op-timal gas-liquid pressure ratio,the dust concentration variation was compared with and without spraying.The adju-stable air-water spray system can achieve a dust removal efficiency of over 95%,showing excellent dust suppression performance.
