摘　　要：本文以2004-2019年中国上市企业数据为样本,实证检验了企业高管网络通过政策补贴对创新的正向影响关系,并进一步对高管网络的各维度做出详细检验,同时在区域、所有制以及行业层面进行异质性分析。此外,本文还以2004-2019年行业数据检验了企业高管网络对政策倾向的影响,验证了高管网络通过观念等慢变量对政策倾向产生的渐进式而非突变式影响,从而帮助企业获取更多的政策补贴,激励其技术创新。Using data from Chinese listed companies from 2004 to 2019 as a sample,this paper empirically examines the positive impact of corporate executive networks on innovation through policy subsidies,and further conducts detailed tests on various dimensions of executive networks.At the same time,the paper conducts heterogeneity analysis at the regional,ownership,and industry levels.Additionally,this paper uses industry data from 2004 to 2019 to examine the influence of corporate executive networks on policy orientation,verifying that executive networks exert a gradual rather than abrupt impact on policy orientation through slow variables such as concepts,thereby helping companies obtain more policy subsidies and incentivizing their technological innovation.
