摘 要:提出一种新型变间隙中空扭带结构,旨在有效平衡建筑暖通空调系统中管壳式换热器的传热性能与流动阻力。通过引入“窄-宽-窄”的流道设计,增强流体流动的扰动效应,促进热交换效率的提升,并有效抑制流动阻力的剧增。采用Fluent软件进行数值模拟。研究结果表明:该新型结构在较高雷诺数条件下,相比传统扭带,能够提高换热效率,同时,控制流动阻力的增加,进一步提升其综合换热性能。研究还揭示了扭带的数量对综合强化传热效果的显著影响。研究结果对于优化建筑暖通空调系统换热器结构设计具有重要意义,为内插扭带在换热器中的优化设计提供了新的思路。A novel variable-gap hollow twisted tape structure was proposed in this paper,aiming to effectively balance the heat transfer performance and flow resistance of shell-and-tube heat exchangers in building heating,ventilation,and air conditioning(HAVC)systems.A"narrow-wide-narrow"channel design was introduced to enhance fluid flow disturbance,improve heat transfer efficiency,and suppress excessive increases in flow resistance.Numerical simulations were conducted using Fluent software.The results show that the proposed structure improves heat transfer efficiency at higher Reynolds numbers compared to traditional twisted tapes while controlling the increase in flow resistance,thus enhancing overall heat transfer performance.The influence of the number of twisted tapes on the comprehensive heat transfer enhancement was also revealed.The research findings have great significance for optimizing the structural design of heat exchangers in building HVAC systems,and provide new insights for the optimization of inserted twisted tape designs in heat exchangers.
