摘  要:为实现地震作用下塑性铰的外移和震后结构的快速修复,提出一种可更换梁段翼缘开孔型节点。在低周反复荷载下对可更换梁段翼缘开孔型节点进行试验,研究该节点的抗震性能,得到该节点的滞回曲线、骨架曲线、延性系数、等效黏滞阻尼系数曲线和刚度退化曲线,并借助有限元软件对该节点进行不同梁柱截面尺寸的开孔直径变参数分析。结果表明:该节点可使梁端塑性铰外移至翼缘开孔削弱处,且具有良好的承载力、延性和震后快速修复能力。随着开孔直径的增加,该节点的延性、耗能能力和刚度逐渐降低,但仍都能满足抗震性能指标要求,建议开孔削弱程度为0.20~0.35。改变梁柱截面尺寸后发现,只要保证开孔削弱程度在0.20~0.35之间,不同梁柱截面尺寸的可更换梁段翼缘开孔型节点仍然能够满足抗震性能指标要求且极限承载力下降幅度不超过10%。To achieve the outward displacement of plastic hinges under seismic action and the rapid repair of post-earthquake structures,a joint with replaceable perforated-flange beam segment was proposed.Experiments were conducted on the joint with replaceable perforated-flange beam segment under low-reversed cyclic loading to study the seismic performance of the joint.The hysteresis curve,skeleton curve,ductility coefficient,equivalent viscous damping coefficient curve,and stiffness degradation curve of the joint were obtained.Additionally,a variable parameter analysis of the perforated diameter with different beam-column cross-sectional dimensions was performed by finite element software.The results indicate that the joint allows for the outward displacement of the beam end plastic hinge to the weakened place of the perforated-flange,and exhibits good bearing capacity,ductility,and rapid repair capability after earthquake.With the increase of the perforated diameter,the ductility,energy dissipation capacity,and stiffness of the joint gradually decrease,but all still meet the seismic performance requirements.It is recommended that the degree of perforated weakening is 0.20~0.35.After changing the beam-column cross-sectional dimensions,it is found that if the degree of perforated weakening is maintained between 0.20~0.35,the joint with replaceable perforated-flange beam segment in different beam-column cross-sectional dimensions can still meet the seismic performance requirements,and the ultimate load capacity is reduced by no more than 10%.
