摘  要:多电平逆变器具有输出电压总谐波畸变率(THD)低、等效开关频率高以及功率器件电压应力低等优点,广泛应用于新能源发电场合。悬浮电容H桥级联型逆变器因开关频率低、器件数量少、输出电平数量多,从而得到广泛关注。然而该逆变器存在悬浮电容电压均衡问题。本文提出载波移相混合调制策略,在载波移相脉宽调制(CPS-PWM)策略的基础上,利用冗余开关状态改进现有调制策略。根据逆变器不同开关模态下电容电压充放电状态,选择开关动作方式实现对悬浮电容的充放电效果。通过实验证明了该新型调制策略可实现悬浮电容电压均衡并具有良好的稳压效果。Multilevel inverters have the advantages of low total harmonic distortion(THD)of output voltage,high eq-uivalent switching frequency and low voltage stress of power devices,which are widely used in new enengy power generation.The flying capacitor H-bridge cascaded inverter has been widely concerned because of its advantages such as low switching frequency,small number of devices and large number of output levels.However,this type of inverter has the problem of voltage equalization of flying capacitor.A carrier phase-shift hybrid modulation stralegy is pm-posed.Based on the carrier phase-shift pulse width modulation(CPS-PWM)strategy,the existing modulation strategy is improved by using redundant switching states.According to the capacitor voltage changing and discharging state under different switching modes of the inverter,the switching action mode is selected to achieve the charging and dischang-ing effect of the flying capacitor.It is proved by experiments that the new modulation strategy can realize voltage eq-ualization of flying capacitor and has good voltage regulation effect.
