摘 要:针对现有非隔离光伏并网逆变器(TIL)因寄生电容所产生的漏电流等问题,提出了一种具有低共模特性的新型TIL拓扑。该逆变器采用直流母线电压负极直接连接至电网中性点的共地型结构,将寄生电容电压箝位至零,完全消除了漏电流。基于单极性脉宽调制(PWM),设计了新型拓扑调制策略,减小了开关损耗。其次,详细介绍新型拓扑的工作原理及模态。在此基础上,分析寄生参数条件下逆变器共模特性并完成了效率分析。最后,通过仿真与实验结果验证了所提拓扑的有效性。Aiming at the leakage current caused by parasitic capacitors in existing transformerless photovoltaie grideon-nected inverter(TIL),a new type of common ground transformerless grid-connected inverter with low common-mode behav-ior is proposed.By directly connecting the neutral point of the grid and the negative pole of the DC bus,the voltage of the parasitic capacitors can be clamped at zero to completely eliminate the leakage current.Based on sinusoidal pulse width modulation,a new topology modulation strategy is designed to reduce the switching loss.Secondly,the working principle and modes of the new topology are introduced in detail.On this basis,the common-mode behavior of the inverter under parasitic parameters is analyzed and the efficiency analysis is completed.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed topology is verified by simulation and experimental results.
