摘 要:为了研究非晶合金立体卷铁心变压器的振动特性,本文以一台10kV非晶合金立体卷铁心变压器为样机.进行了仿真分析和振动信号采集。首先建立变压器电磁固多物理场耦合模型,然后利用有限元分析法对变压器铁心-绕组-夹件进行模态特征仿真分析,得到变形程度最大的部位,由此确定测点,最后搭建变压器振动信号采集平台,对变压器进行在负载振动信号多点位采集,得到振动幅度以及振动幅度变化最大的部位。该研究可为变压器铁心-绕组-夹件振动特性研究提供理论和数据支持。In order to study the vibration characteristics of amorphous alloy three-dimensional coil iron core transformer,a simulation analysis and vibration signal acquisition are conducted on a 10 kV amorphous alloy three-dimensional coil iron core transformer as a prototype.Firstly,a transformer electromagnetic solid multi physics field coupling model is established.Then,the finite element analysis method is used to simulate the modal characteristics of the transformer,including the iron core,winding,and clamp,to obtain the location with the highest degree of deformation.Based on this,the measurement points are determined.Finally,atransformer vibration signal acquisition platform is built,and the transformer is collected at multiple points of the load vibration signal to obtain the vibration amplitude and the location with the largest change in vibration amplitude.This study can provide theoretical and data support for the study of vibration characteristics of transformer cores,windings,and clamps.
