摘 要:在永磁同步电机(PMSM)无速度传感器控制研究领域中,针对传统指数趋近律滑模观测器存在的转速抖振问题、低通滤波器带来的转子位置相位滞后问题,以及系统抗负载扰动能力差的问题,提出了一种基于龙贝格负载转矩观测器的PMSM改进滑模无速度传感器控制方法。首先研究了一种边界层自适应调节的反正弦饱和函数来代替符号函数,以抑制转速抖振,并设计了频率自适应带通滤波器,以减小估计转子位置的相位滞后。其次,在此基础上采用龙贝格负载转矩观测器,将估计出的负载转矩转换为电流补偿量并前馈补偿到转速环控制器,以提高系统的抗负载扰动能力。实验结果证明了所提出的方法可抑制转速抖振,减小转子位置相位滞后,提高了系统的抗负载扰动能力。In the research field of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)speed sensorless control,an enhanc-ed sliding mode speed sensorless control method for PMSM based on Luenberger load torque observer is proposed to address the problems of speed chattering existing in the traditional exponential convergence law sliding mode observ-er,the phase lag problem of rotor position brought about by adopting a low-pass filter,and the poor resistance of the system to load perturbation.Firstly,a boundary layer adaptive tuning inverse-sine saturation function is investigated in-stead of the sign function to suppress the speed chattering,and a frequency adaptive band-pass filter is designed to reduce the phase lag in estimating the rotor position.Secondly,a Luenberger load torque observer is adopted on this basis to convert the estimated load torque into current compensation and feed-forward compensation into the speed-loop controller in order to improve the load disturbance resistance of the system.The experimental results prove that this method can suppress the speed chattering,reduce the phase lag of rotor position,and improve the load distur-bance resistance of the system.
