摘 要:目前,新型的构网型新能源机组尚未得到广泛应用,在新能源大基地的工程规划中,主要考虑常规新能源场站的规划建设。因而,在不考虑构网型新能源调频调压能力的情况下,大基地常规新能源场站的调频调压特性对工程的前期规划具有重要的指导作用。本文通过电力系统分析综合程序(PSASP)及其所建立的光伏电站一次调频与场站调压控制模型与策略,对光伏单场站系统进行调频调压特性仿真分析,验证了光伏电站调频调压的作用;并采用实际电网仿真算例,设置不同的故障类型,以含调频调压模块光伏电站替换不同比例的无调频调压模块光伏电站的方式,分析光伏调频调压能力对电网频率、电压的支撑作用。At present,the new grid forming new energy units have not been widely applied.In the engineering plan-ning of new energy bases,the planning and construction of conventional new energy stations are mainly considered.Therefore,without considering the frequency modulation and voltage regulation capabilities of grid forming new ener-gy,the frequency modulation and voltage regulation characteristics of conventional new energy stations in large bases play an important guiding role in the early planning of engineering projects.Based on power system analysis software package(PSASP)and the established control model and strategy of primary frequency modulation and voltage regula-tion of photovoltaic power station,the simulation analysis of frequency modulation and voltage regulation characteristics of photovoltaic single station system are studied to verify the role of frequency modulation and voltage regulation of photovoltaic power station.Finally,the actual power grid simulation example is used to set different fault types,and the photovoltaic power station with frequency modulation and voltage regulation module replaces the photovoltaic pow-er station without frequeney modulation and voltage regulation module in different proportions,analyzing the supporting effect of photovoltaic frequency modulation and voltage regulation ability on the power grid frequency and voltage.
