摘  要:LLC谐振变换器工作时,两组触发信号间的死区时间是保证系统稳定运行的重要参数。不合适的死区时间不仅会降低工作效率,而且可能会导致装置失稳。传统死区时间计算方法通用性较弱、难以适应不同硬件环境与工作状态。为解决此问题,本文以MOSFET漏源极电压信号为触发条件,通过使用高速逻辑电路对漏源极电压进行开关量采样,实现死区时间的自适应动态调整,在保证LLC电路高效运行的同时,能有效降低主控系统的复杂度和开关损耗。仿真及实验结果表明,本文所提出的死区控制方法能够有效调节LLC谐振变换器的死区时间,满足MOSFET零电压开通(ZVS)条件。In the operation of LLC resonant converters,the dead-time between two sets of trigger signals is a crucial parameter to ensure stable system operation.Inappropriate dead-time can not only reduce operational efficiency but al-so lead to system instability.Traditionaldead-time calculation methods have weak general applicability and are diffi-cult to adapt to different hardware environments and operating conditions.To address this issue,this paper uses the drain source voltage signal of MOSFETs as a trigger condition and employs high-speed logic circuits to sample the as a digital signal.This enables adaptive dynamic adjustment of the dead-time,ensuring efficient operation of the LLC circuit while effectively reducing the complexity of the control system and switching losses.Simulation and experimental results demonstrate that the proposed dead-time control method can effectively adjust the dead-time of the LLC reso-nant converter,meet-ing the zero voltage switching(ZVS)conditions for MOSFETs.
