摘 要:LLC谐振变换器在调压时的转换效率与其工作方式密切相关,但尚无数学模型对其量化分析。针对上述问题,本文提出LLC谐振变换器的直流等效损耗模型,利用等效直流电阻直观地反映变换器电压调节对功率损耗的影响。通过分析控制量与电压增益、功率损耗、直流电阻和效率的关系,量化比较了移相控制和变频控制两种调压方式下闭环调压运行的效率。通过搭建实验样机验证所提出模型适用于LLC谐振变换器宽运行范围的损耗分析,可作为LLC变换器调压运行优化设计的依据。The efficiency of voltage regulation is closely related to the operating modes of LLCresonant converter.However,the model for quantitative analysis has not been studied yet.A DC equivalent loss modeling method for regu-lated LLC resonant converter is proposed.An equivalent DC resistance is utilized to intuitively reflect the effect of vol-tage regulation on power losses.Especially,the relationships between control variables and voltage gain,power losses,DCresistance,and efficiency are comprehensively analyzed.On this basis,the efficiency of closed-loop LLCconverter is quantitatively compared between phase-shift modulation and frequency modulation.Finally,an experimental prototype is built to validate its applicability of loss analysis and optimal design for wide-range operated LLC converter.
