摘 要:针对质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)输出电压低、输出特性软的问题,提出一种基于二次型结构的耦合电感直流变换器。在二次型结构的基础上融合电荷泵单元和耦合电感升压单元,提高了变换器的电压增益,形成的开关管箝位结构回收了漏感能量,并限制了开关管电压应力。本文详细分析了该变换器各模态的工作原理、电压增益、器件应力,并将其增益与其他一系列变换器进行对比,凸显了该变换器高增益的特点。最后,本文搭建了100W的硬件实验平台验证理论分析的正确性。Aiming at the problems of low output voltage and soft output characteristics of proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC),a coupled-inductor DC converter based on quadratic structure is proposed.Based on the quadratic structure,the charge pump unit and the coupling inductance booster unit are combined to improve the voltage gain of the con-verter,and the designed switch clamp structure recovers the leakage inductance energy and limits the voltage stress of the switch.The working principle,voltage gain and device stress of each mode of the converter are analyzed in detail,and its gain is compared with a series of other converters,which highlights the characteristics of high gain of the convert-er.Finally,a 100 W hardware experimental platform is built to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
