摘 要:基于集成门极换流晶闸管(IGCT)的混合换相换流阀(HCC)具备主动关断的能力,可用于解决常规高压直流输电中的换相失败问题。对HCC开展电气应力分析是换流阀电气、绝缘和实验设计的基础。因此,本文先介绍了HCC的拓扑结构、工作原理和主动关断策略。根据HCC的拓扑结构和参数,建立了HCC换流阀高精度宽频模型,仿真分析雷电冲击电压、操作冲击电压、陡波冲击电压3种暂态工况下,施加在IGCT器件上的最大电压与最大电压变化率(du/dt),仿真结果表明最大电压与最大电压变化率在IGCT的过电压耐受能力之内。最后,进行恢复期暂态正向电压冲击试验,验证了换流阀的过电压耐受能力。电气应力的分析结果可支持HCC应用于直流输电系统。The hybrid commutated converter(HCC)based on integrated gate commutated thyristor(IGCT)has the ability to actively tur off,which can be used to solve the problem of commutation failure in conventional high-voltage direct current transmission.Conducting electrical stress analysis on HCC is the foundation for the electrical,insulation,and experimental design of converter.Therefore,this article firstly introduces the topology,working principle,and the strate-gy of actively turing off of HCC.Based on the topology and parameters of HCC,a high-precision wideband model of HCC converter is established.Simulation analysis is conducted on the maximum voltage and maximum voltage change rate(du/dt)applied to IGCT devices under three transient conditions:lightning impulse voltage,operating impulse volt-age,and steep wave impulse voltage.Simulation results show that the maximum voltage and maximum voltage change rate are within the overvoltage tolerance of IGCT.Finally,a transient forward voltage surge test is conthyristorducted during the recovery period to verify the overvoltage tolerance of the converter.The analysis results of electrical stress can support the application of HCC in DC transmission systems.
