摘　　要：工程建设中,材料价格管理是工程项目管理的重要组成部分,是影响工程项目进度、质量、安全管理的重要一环,同时影响着工程造价的确定与核算。本文通过对材料价格确认的现状进行分析,结合材料价格的形成过程及其影响的关键因素等,探研一种相对公允的材料价格调整原则,或在约定不详状态下的应对策略,以期符合签约各方的基本利益,希冀对从事工程项目材料管理的人员有一定的借鉴作用。In the construction project,material price management is an important part of project management,which is an important link affecting the progress,quality,and safety management of the project,and also affects the determination and calculation of project costs.This paper analyzes the current situation of material price confirmation and combines the formation process of material prices and the key factors that affect them to explore a relatively fair principle of material price adjustment or a response strategy in the state of unclear agreements,in order to meet the basic interests of the parties involved and provide some reference for those engaged in material management of construction projects.
