摘　　要：为应对当前施工行业日益激烈的竞争环境,施工企业需精准控制成本,提升企业效益,促进企业高质量发展。从内控视角,结合工程全生命周期管理理论,分析施工企业工程项目成本管控要素。在此基础上,采用层次分析法确定要素权重,并采用模糊综合评价法对A公司两个典型项目进行综合评估,识别成本管控问题并提出优化策略,希望为施工企业成本管控提供参考。In order to cope with the increasingly fierce competitive environment in the current construction industry,construction enterprises need to accurately control cost and improve economic benefit to promote high-quality development.From the perspective of internal control and combined with the engineering life cycle management theory,this paper analyzes the elements of project cost control.On the basis,uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the element weights,and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of two typical projects of Company A.Identifies cost control problems and proposes optimization strategies,hopes to provides reference for cost control of construction enterprises.
