摘　　要：近年来,在城市中修建生态景观堤坝类水利工程的较多,但很少有在城市主城区修建大型水电站的先例。在我国历次水电基地规划中,受淹没损失、经济指标等众多因素影响,所规划的大部分水电站均位于偏远山区。银江水电站作为目前全国唯一在城市主城区在建的大型水电站正在稳步、有序地推进。以银江水电站工程建设为例,阐述了在城市主城区修建大型水电站遇到的部分重难点问题及采取的解决措施,旨在为今后类似工程建设时借鉴。In recent years,there are many ecological landscape dam water conservancy projects built in cities,but there are few precedents for building large hydropower projects in the main urban areas of cities.In the previous hydropower base planning in China,most of the planned hydropower projects are located in remote mountainous areas due to many factors such as flooding losses and economic indicators.As the only large hydropower project under construction in the main urban area of the country,Yinjiang Hydropower Project is advancing steadily and orderly.Taking the construction of Yinjiang Hydropower Project as an example,some of the key and difficult problems encountered in the construction of large hydropower projects in the main urban area of the city and the solutions taken are explained,aiming to provide reference for similar engineering construction in the future.
