综合物探技术在银江水电站灌浆工程质量评价中的应用

摘  要:为了改善岩层浅部及地质缺陷部位岩体的物理力学性能,提高岩体的均匀性、整体性和防渗性,在银江水电站坝址区进行了大量的固结灌浆和帷幕灌浆。为确保灌浆工程的施工质量,采用单孔声波法、钻孔全景成像、压水试验等综合物探技术对灌浆质量进行了全面检测和评价。应用结果表明:采用单孔声波法对比分析了灌浆前后岩体的波速特征值及变化趋势;采用钻孔全景成像观察了孔壁岩体结构面的发育及水泥结石充填情况;采用压水试验分析了岩体渗透率等。综合物探技术的应用可以全面评价灌浆工程的施工质量,为隐蔽工程验收提供依据。In order to improve the physical and mechanical properties of shallow and geologically defective rock masses,enhance their uniformity,integrity,and impermeability,a large amount of consolidation grouting and curtain grouting have been carried out in the dam site area of Yinjiang Hydropower Project.To ensure the construction quality of grouting engineering,comprehensive geophysical techniques such as single hole acoustic wave method,borehole panoramic imaging,and water pressure test were used to comprehensively detect and evaluate the grouting quality.The application results show that comprehensive geophysical techniques such as using single hole acoustic wave method to compare and analyze the characteristic values and changing trends of rock wave velocity before and after grouting,observing the development of rock structural planes and cement stone filling in the borehole wall through panoramic imaging,and analyzing the permeability of rock mass through water pressure test can comprehensively evaluate the construction quality of grouting engineering and provide a basis for the acceptance of concealed engineering.
