摘  要:灯泡贯流式水轮发电机组单位过流量大,运行稳定性好,可以通过调整转轮叶片的运行角度实现导叶与桨叶的双重调节,可以适应相对较大的水头变化,在3 m水头以下也能稳定运行[1]。银江水电站使用的机组具有优化超低水头运行的潜力,通过对机组的水力设计、电磁方案、冷却技术、轴承结构、机组刚强度和疲劳寿命等进行全面研究与优化,能够实现在极低水头下参与泄洪及全水头运行获得更大发电效益的目标,同时能够解决高水头、小负荷工况下压力脉动略高的问题,在灯泡贯流式机组运用领域具有重要意义和推广价值[2]。阐述了对巨型灯泡贯流式机组全水头运行的研究过程。The bulb turbine generator units have a large unit overcurrent and good operational stability.It can achieve dual adjustment of guide vanes and blades by adjusting the operating angle of the impeller blades,and can adapt to relatively large changes in water head.It can also operate stably below a water head of 3 meters.The units of Yinjiang Hydropower Project have the potential to optimize ultra-low head operation.Through comprehensive research on the hydraulic design,electromagnetic scheme,cooling technology,bearing structure,unit stiffness and strength,and fatigue life of the units,it is possible to participate in flood discharge and full-head operation at extremely low heads,obtain greater power generation benefits,and solve the problem of slightly high pressure pulsation under high head and low load conditions.It has important significance and promotion value in the application field of bulb tubular units.This paper describes the research process on full-head operation of giant bulb tubular units.
