摘 要:为了解西印度醋栗(Phyllanthus acidus)种实特征和发芽性状,在观测种实特征的基础上,采用单因素和双因素完全随机设计,测定果实、种实和种子发芽性状及果实和种实成苗性状。结果表明,西印度醋栗为多心室核果状蒴果,种实以3或4心室为主,偶具2或5~8心室;每心室1粒种子,偶有2粒。地面收集种实的千粒重低于树上收集种实,分别为6.89和9.15 g;地面收集和树上采集种实的饱满度差别不大,具3心室种实的饱满度均较高。种实的平均发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和平均成苗率均高于果实;地面收集种实和种子的平均发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和平均成苗率均高于树上采集果实;具3心室种实中种子的发芽性状优于具4心室种实。西印度醋栗果肉对其发芽具有一定抑制作用,成熟度较高种实和种子的发芽和成苗性状较优。在生产实践中,可采用地面收集的3心室种实进行播种。In order to understand fruit-seed characteristics and germination traits of Phyllanthus acidus,based on observation and detemination of fruit-seed characteristics,single factor and two factor completely random designs were employed,and germination traits of fruits,fruit-seeds and seeds,as well as seedling establishment traits of fruits and fruit-seeds were measured.Results showed that P.acidus are multi-locular drupaceous capsules,with 3 or 4 locules(occasionally 2 or 5-8 locules).Each locule typically contains one seed(rarely two seeds).Thousand fruit-seed weight of fruit-seeds collecting from ground was lower than those collecting from trees,which were 6.89 and 9.15 g respectively.No significant difference in plumpness between fruit-seeds collecting from ground and collecting from trees,with 3-locular fruit-seeds exhibiting higher plumpness.Average germination rate,germination vigor,germination index and average seedling establishment rate of fruit-seeds were higher than those of fruits.Average germination rate,germination vigor,germination index and average seedling establishment rate of fruit-seeds and seeds collecting from ground were higher than those collecting from trees.Seeds from 3-locular fruit-seeds showed better germination traits than seeds from 4-locular fruit seeds.Fruit pulps of P.acidus had certain inhibitory effects on germination,and fruit-seeds and seeds with higher maturity showed better germination and seedling establishment traits.In production practice,3-locular fruit-seeds collecting from ground should be seeded.
