摘 要:为给红树植物保护与移植提供科学依据,分析移植后桐花树(Aegiceras corniculatum)和白骨壤(Avicennia marina)两种红树植物在原生地和移植点的生理特征差异,探讨两个树种移植后的生长恢复效果。结果表明,移植两年后,移植点桐花树叶片叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量和过氧化物酶(POD)活性均与原生地差异不显著,叶片相对含水率、可溶性糖含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均与原生地差异显著;移植点白骨壤叶片各生理指标均与原生地差异显著,可能与其移植修枝和病虫害有较大关系。两种红树植物移植两年后的生理适应性存在差异;桐花树生长恢复较好;白骨壤在恢复过程中受病虫害危害较严重,在实际移植管理过程中应加强病虫害监测与防治。In order to provide scientific basis for protection and transplantation of mangrove plants,differences of physiological characteristics of Aegiceras corniculatum and Avicennia marina after transplantation in native and transplant sites were analyzed,and growth recovery effects of two plants after transplantation were explored.Results showed that after two years of transplantation,chlorophyll content,soluble protein content,malondialdehyde(MDA)content and peroxidase(POD)activity of leaves in A.corniculatum in transplant site had no significant differences with those in native site,and relative water content,soluble sugar content and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity of leaves had significant differences with those in native site.All physiological indexes of leaves in A.marina in transplant site had significant differences with those in native site,which might be closely related to pruning and diseases and pests.Physiological adaptabilities of two mangrove plants were different after two years of transplantation.Growth recovery effect of A.corniculatum was better.A.marina was seriously damaged by diseases and pests during recovery.Monitoring and control of diseases and pests should be strengthened during actual transplant management.
