摘 要:为了研究地铁隧道邻近既有桥桩情况下的盾构施工参数敏感性,依托南京地铁S2号线西善桥站—板桥北站区间盾构近距离侧穿宁马高速高架工程,选取多个影响因素设计正交实验,以桩顶沉降和桩侧最大负摩阻为响应指标,研究盾构施工参数对既有桥桩的影响程度。研究表明:盾构与桥桩的空间位置关系是桥桩沉降和桩侧负摩阻的主要影响因素;施工参数对应桥桩沉降和桩侧负摩阻都存在一个低位取值,可为多因素条件下盾构施工参数的合理取值提供参考。研究可为盾构隧道近接高架桩基施工影响评价提供一定的指导,并可据此制定切实可行的防控措施。To investigate the sensitivity of shield tunneling construction parameters in the vicinity of existing bridge piles,this study focuses on the Nanjing Metro S2 Line project,specifically the Xishanqiao Station-Banqiao North Station section,where a shield tunnel passes in close proximity to the Ningma Expressway viaduct.An orthogonal experiment design was adopted to analyze multiple influencing factors,with pile top settlement and maximum negative friction as response indicators,to evaluate the effects of shield tunneling parameters on existing bridge piles.The results indicate that the spatial relationship between the shield tunneling and bridge piles is the dominant factor affecting both pile settlement and negative side friction.Furthermore,for each construction parameter,there exists an optimal lower-bound value that minimizes both pile settlement and side negative skin friction,providing valuable references for selecting rational shield tunneling parameters under multi-factor conditions.This study offers guidance for assessing the construction impact of shield tunnels near elevated pile foundations and contributes to the development of practical and effective mitigation measures.
