摘 要:针对地铁车站大断面扩建下穿既有商场会引起既有结构沉降过大的问题,依托北京地铁17号线永安里站工程,通过数值模拟方法分析研究了不同工况下既有商场沉降、既有车站沉降及侧向位移变化规律,提出了采用超前管棚支护、错位开挖方法及复合式衬砌相结合的方法减小施工过程对既有商场与既有车站的影响。结果表明:在施工中拆除钢拱架与围护桩时沉降变化较大,应注意二衬结构的施工质量;合理的错位开挖顺序可降低施工影响。现场监测结果验证了数值模拟的准确性,研究成果可为类似工程提供参考。To address the issue of excessive settlement of existing structures caused by the large section extension of a subway station beneath an existing shopping mall,this study investigates the settlement behavior of the shopping mall and the existing station,as well as the lateral displacement patterns under different construction conditions.Based on the Yonganli Station project of Beijing Metro Line 17,a numerical simulation analysis was constructed to assess these effects.To mitigate the construction impact on the shopping mall and subway station,a combined approach incorporating advanced pipe shed support,dislocation excavation and composite lining was proposed.The results indicate that significant settlement occurs during the removal of the steel arch and retaining piles,emphasizing the necessity of ensuring the construction quality of the secondary lining structure.Additionally,an optimized dislocation excavation sequence effectively reduces construction-induced disturbances.Field monitoring data validate the accuracy of the numerical simulation,demonstrating that the proposed construction methods can serve as a reference for similar projects.
