摘 要:地铁施工中明挖竖井基坑开挖时常遭遇侵限围护桩问题,对施工进度及周边环境、建筑物安全带来不良影响。结合工程实例深入探究明挖竖井基坑侵限围护桩的影响与应对措施。监测结果显示:侵限桩较未侵限桩,桩体侧向位移、桩体和桩间土沉降、地表沉降均有较明显增加,表明侵限桩改变工程结构的受力体系,增加失稳风险并破坏防水体系。针对侵限状况提出喷射混凝土加固与凿桩处理措施,处理后的桩体及地表沉降值相比未处理时显著下降,且喷射混凝土加固技术在桩间土沉降和地表沉降控制方面优势明显。During the excavation of open-cut shaft foundation pit in subway construction,retaining piles sometimes encroach on the designed excavation boundary,adversely affecting construction progress,the surrounding environment,and the safety of adjacent structures.Drawing on an engineering case from the Beijing Subway,this study investigates the impact of encroaching retaining piles on open-cut vertical shaft foundation pits and proposes effective remediation strategies.Monitoring results show that,compared with non-encroaching piles,piles intruding into the excavation exhibit substantially increased lateral displacement,inter-pile soil settlement,and surface settlement.These changes indicate that encroaching piles alter the stress distribution of the overall support system,increase the risk of instability,and compromise the waterproofing barrier.To address pile encroachment,this study proposes using shotcrete reinforcement and pile chiseling.Post-treatment monitoring data reveal significantly reduced settlement values for both the piles and the ground surface relative to untreated conditions,with shotcrete reinforcement demonstrating particular advantages in mitigating soil settlement between piles and overall surface settlement.
