叠落区间地铁隧道施工地表沉降特征与控制技术研究

摘  要:为解决叠落区间隧道施工中的地层变形控制难题,以北京轨道交通22号线(平谷线)定福庄—管庄站四导洞叠落地铁隧道为工程背景,采用现场监测的方法,分析了叠落区间隧道施工对地下管线和地表沉降的影响,提出了地层变形综合控制措施,开展了现场试验,并验证了控制措施的有效性。研究结果表明:叠落区间施工引起的管线沉降和地表沉降经历了剧烈沉降阶段、缓慢沉降阶段和沉降稳定阶段;提出的“优化施工方法+背后回填注浆+径向注浆”的地层变形综合控制措施有效降低了地下管线和地表的沉降。采用地层变形综合控制措施实施后,注浆加固体的无侧限抗压强度满足要求,地下管线和地表沉降值均在规范允许范围内,地层变形综合控制措施合理有效。To address the challenge of controlling ground deformation during the construction of overlapping interval tunnels,this study focuses on the Beijing Metro Line 22(Pinggu Line)project,specifically the overlapping section of the 4 pilot tunnels between Dingfuzhuang and Guanzhuang stations.Field monitoring was conducted to analyze the impact of stacked tunnel construction on underground pipelines and surface settlement.A set of comprehensive ground deformation control measures was proposed,and on-site tests were carried out to verify their effectiveness.The results indicate that settlement of underground pipelines and surface settlement caused by overlapping tunnels construction progress through three distinct phases:rapid settlement,gradual settlement,and stabilization.The proposed comprehensive ground deformation control measures,which include optimized construction methods,backfill grouting,and radial grouting,were found to effectively mitigate settlement in both underground pipelines and the surface.After implementing these control measures,the unconfined compressive strength of the grouted reinforcement body met the required specifications,and the settlement values for both underground pipelines and the surface remained within the permissible limits specified by regulations.The findings confirm that the integrated deformation control measures are both rational and effective.
