摘 要:新建大跨度隧道平行近接既有公路隧道的情况日益增多,新建隧道的施工活动往往会对既有隧道产生不可忽视的影响,确保既有公路隧道的安全稳定运行、同时顺利推进新建大跨度隧道的施工是工程技术人员面临的重要问题。深圳至岑溪高速公路新建莲花山隧道与既有隧道小净距相邻,对既有隧道裂缝、衬砌等病害采取相应加固措施,对新建隧道采取双侧壁导坑法、双层超前小导管+环向注浆小导管、严控爆破参数等措施推进工程施工。监测表明:既有公路隧道附近的地表位移、拱顶沉降、水平收敛的变化范围远小于变形控制标准,隧道衬砌纵波波速基本上处于控制值以下,衬砌服役状态完全满足隧道运营要求。研究对于保障既有隧道在新建工程施工期间的安全运营以及指导新建隧道的合理施工具有重要意义。With the increasing constructions of new large-span tunnel at close proximity and parallel to existing highway tunnel,constructing activities often have non-negligible impact on the structural integrity and operational safety of the existing tunnel.Ensuring the safe and stable operation of existing highway tunnel while smoothly advancing the construction of new large-span tunnel poses a significant challenge for engineering technicians.In the Shenzhen-Cenxi Expressway project,the newly constructed Lianhuashan Tunnel is adjacent to an existing tunnel with a small clear distance.To mitigate risk,reinforcement measures were implemented to address cracks and lining defects in the existing tunnel,while the new tunnel was constructed using the double-side-drift method,double-layer advanced small ducts with circumferential grouting small ducts,and strict control of blasting parameters.Monitoring results indicate that the surface displacement,vault settlement,and horizontal convergence near the existing highway tunnel remain significantly below deformation control thresholds.The longitudinal wave velocity of the tunnel lining is consistently within control limits,and the service condition of the lining fully meets operational safety requirement.This study provides valuable insight for ensuring the safe operation of existing tunnel during the construction of new tunnel project and serves as a technical reference for the rational design and construction of adjacent large-span tunnel.
