摘  要:装配式混凝土结构普遍采用连通腔灌浆法施工,灌浆过程中易出现涌浆、浆液不足和回落、灌浆不密实等各种问题,针对于此研发了能实现压力可调的自动补浆装置,装置由控制阀、检视漏斗、支架等部分组成。通过合理穿插封堵工序,开启和关闭控制阀门,可以获得稳压状态下连通腔内初始密实度和补浆压力作用下的最终密实度,有效解决灌浆不密实和回落等问题。自动补浆装置制作成本低、维护方便、转场容易,且具有良好的经济效益。The connected cavity grouting method is widely used in the construction of prefabricated concrete structures.However,this method is prone to issues such as grouting surge,insufficient slurry filling,slurry fallback,and inadequate grouting compactness.To address these challenges,an automatic grouting device with adjustable pressure was developed.The device consists of a control valve,inspection funnel,support frame and other components.By integrating a systematic sealing process and adjusting the control valve,it enables the initial compactness of the connected cavity under stable pressure and the final compactness under grouting pressure,effectively resolving issues of grouting compactness and slurry fallback.The automatic grouting device features low production costs,easy maintenance,and convenient relocation,offering significant economic benefits.
