《辞海》科技条目修订要点刍议--以第七版物理学科为例

摘　　要：文章以第七版物理学科为例,从词目、释文两大块面阐述了《辞海》科技条目修订中应把握的一些要点。词目修订,涉及删旧、增新、补漏、查重、定名等方面;释文修订,从规范性(科学上的规范、《辞海》体例规范)、准确性(言必有据、合乎实际、合乎逻辑、力求新颖)、完整性(力戒信息贫乏、避免信息缺漏、防止以偏概全)、简明性(不引申议论、不说空话套话、不重复累赘、避免信息赘余)等方面不断打磨,以持续提高《辞海》质量。Taking physics entries as an example,this paper elaborates on the key points in revising science and technology entries in Cihai from two perspectives:revision of headword and explanation.The revision of headwords involves deleting outdated terms,adding new ones,filling in omissions,rechecking for duplication,and standardizing entry naming.Explanations should be refined in terms of standardization(meeting scientific norms and adhering to Cihai’s stylistic conventions),accuracy(being well-founded,factual,logical,and up-to-date),completeness(avoiding insufficient,lacking,or one-sided information),and conciseness(excluding unnecessary discussion,empty words,repetition,and redundancy).Through revising headwords and explanations,the quality of Cihai can be consistently enhanced.
