摘 要:在进行海上油田原油的析蜡温度测试时,析蜡测试方法的选择对结果的准确性产生重要影响。以渤海油田不同蜡含量的原油为研究对象,使用3种测试手段进行析蜡点测试。结果表明:析蜡温度和原油中蜡含量的高低无直接线性关系,但油中高碳数石蜡的含量对析蜡温度的影响明显;在常压下采用流变法进行析蜡测试时,随剪切速率的增大,析蜡温度逐渐减小,测试试样的剪切速率从10 s^(-1)升至600 s^(-1),析蜡温度下降1.4℃;降温速率对DSC法测试析蜡温度的影响较大,过快的降温速率引起过冷度与过饱和,导致析蜡温度的测试结果偏小。该研究可以为管道集输及油井结蜡治理中析蜡温度的准确预测提供依据。The choice of wax precipitation testing method has a significant impact on the accuracy of results when conducting wax precipitation temperature tests on crude oil in offshore oil fields.Taking crude oil with different wax contents from the Bohai oilfield as the research object,three testing methods were used for wax precipitation point testing.The research results indicated that there was no direct linear relationship between the wax precipitation temperature and the wax content in crude oil,but the high carbon number paraffin content in oil had a significant impact on the wax precipitation temperature;when using the rheological method for wax precipitation testing under normal pressure,as the shear rate increased,the wax precipitation temperature gradually decreased.The shear rate of the test sample increased from 10 s^(-1) to 600 s^(-1),and the wax precipitation temperature decreased by 1.4 ℃;the cooling rate had a significant impact on the DSC method for measuring the wax precipitation temperature.An excessively fast cooling rate caused the effects of undercooling and supersaturation,resulting in a smaller test result for the wax precipitation temperature.This study can provide a basis for accurate prediction of wax precipitation temperature in pipeline gathering and oil well wax treatment.
