磁混凝处理养猪废水尾水的研究

摘  要:针对养猪废水尾水污染物质量浓度较高、可生化性差、难以达标排放的现状,以纳米Fe_(3)O_(4)和聚合硫酸铁(PFS)为原料制备了一种新型磁性混凝剂(MPFS),对养猪废水尾水进行处理,以期实现资源化灌溉。采用SEM、FTIR、XRD手段对混凝剂结构进行微观表征,发现MPFS是一种含有羟基、纳米Fe_(3)O_(4)、SO_(4)^(2-)的多核高分子聚合物,纳米Fe_(3)O_(4)粒子紧密分布在PFS表面,呈球形叠加结构,有效地增加了PFS比表面积;与此同时,MPFS中化学成分变化不大,综合了纳米Fe_(3)O_(4)和PFS的化学特性。结果表明:MPFS絮凝效果显著强于PFS,尾水COD、浊度、总磷的去除率分别达到56%、90%、97%,出水COD 143 mg·L^(-1)满足《农田灌溉水质标准》(GB 5084—2021)中COD的排放标准,且尾水经MPFS混凝处理后溶解有机物组分被不同程度地去除,芳香族化合物显著降低。磁种回收实验表明:纳米Fe_(3)O_(4)经6次回收制作MPFS后其絮凝效率仅略微下降,说明磁性聚合硫酸铁絮凝处理养猪废水尾水是一条可行的工程策略。Aiming at the current situation that the tail water of pig farming wastewater still has a high concentration and poor biochemical properties and is difficult to discharge,a new type of magnetic coagulant(MPFS)was prepared using nano-Fe_(3)O_(4)and polymerized ferric sulfate as raw materials to treat the tail water of pig breeding wastewater.SEM,FTIR and XRD were used to characterize the structure of the coagulant,and it was found that MPFS was a multi-nuclear polymer containing hydroxyl groups,nano-Fe_(3)O_(4)and SO_(4)^(2-).The nano-Fe_(3)O_(4)particles were closely distributed on the surface of the PFS,showing a spherical superimposed structure,which effectively increased the specific surface area of PFS;at the same time,the chemical composition of MPFS did not change much,and the chemical properties of nanoFe_(3)O_(4)and polyferric sulfate were synthesized.The experimental results showed that the flocculation effect of MPFS was significantly stronger than that of polymerized ferric sulfate(PFS).The removal rates of COD,turbidity and total phosphorus in tail water reached 56%,90%and 97%,and the effluent COD of 143 mg·L^(-1)met the COD discharge standard of GB 5084—2021 in the"Farmland Irrigation Water Quality",and the aromatic compounds of tail water were significantly reduced after MPFS coagulation treatment,and the remaining dissolved organic components were removed to varying degrees.The magnetic seed recovery experiment showed that the flocculation efficiency of nano-Fe_(3)O_(4)was only slightly decreased after 6 times of recycling to make MPFS,indicating that the flocculation of magnetic polymerized ferric sulfate is a feasible engineering strategy for the treatment of pig wastewater tail water.
