摘 要:基于淀粉的可降解性及碳酸钙的热稳定性,将其接枝复配为吸水树脂,合成了一种抗高温强封堵性水基暂堵剂HWT-1体系,结合微观手段测试了其基本结构及性能,岩心实验评价了其吸水性、流变/滤失性、封堵性及抗温抗盐性等,并对其在不同渗透率储藏中的适应性进行了分析。结果表明:优化的HWT-1体系合成条件为单体与淀粉质量比为3∶1,AA、AM与抗盐单体质量比为1∶1∶1。HWT-1体系降解率良好,且与时间和温度关联较为密切。HWT-1体系对于200μm的裂缝会形成暂堵带且封堵效果良好。HWT-1体系抗温能力为140℃,抗NaCl及CaCl_(2)质量分数分别为8.0%及0.9%。HWT-1体系在不同渗透率岩心中均具备良好的封堵性,且渗透率恢复率较高。Based on the degradability of starch and the thermal stability of calcium carbonate,a water-based temporary plugging agent HWT-1 system with high temperature resistance and strong plugging ability was synthesized by grafting and compounding it into an absorbent resin.Its basic structure and properties were tested by microscopic means,and its water absorption,rheological/filtration properties,plugging properties,and temperature and salt resistance were evaluated by core experiments.Its adaptability in storage with different permeability was analyzed.The results showed that the optimized synthesis conditions for the HWT-1 system were a monomer-starch mass ratio of 3∶1,and a mass ratio of AA,AM and salt resistant monomers of 1∶1∶1.The degradation rate of HWT-1 system was good and closely related to time and temperature.HWT-1 system for 200 μm cracks could form temporary sealing zones and had good sealing effects.The HWT-1 system had a temperature resistance of 140 ℃ and resistance to NaCl and CaCl_(2) mass fractions of 8.0% and 0.9%,respectively.The HWT-1 system had good sealing performance in different permeability rock cores,and the permeability recovery rate was high.
