摘 要:通过实验室合成的方法制备了一种新型的缓蚀起泡剂,其包含表面活性剂SDBS、缓蚀剂TTA和稳泡剂PVA。通过系列实验评估了其泡沫产生能力、稳定性以及在不同环境条件下(高温、高盐度和低p H)的缓蚀效果。结果表明:缓蚀起泡剂在室温条件下的界面张力显著降低至29.1 m N·m^(-1),泡沫体积在10 min内可达到10.8 L的最大值,并能在30 min内保持较高的稳定性。在腐蚀控制方面,与对照组相比,缓蚀起泡剂能显著减少金属片的腐蚀面积,从1.5 cm^(2)降至0.3 cm^(2)。此外,缓蚀起泡剂在高温和低p H环境下表现出良好的腐蚀防护效果,腐蚀面积的增加有限。现场应用结果表明:缓蚀起泡剂在A3井中的应用显著增加了产气量,从注入后的第二天起,日产气量增至15000 m^(3),套管和油管压力显著提升。研究成果不仅为泡沫技术的优化提供了科学依据,也为实际应用中的问题提供了解决方案,具有重要的理论和实际应用价值。A new type of corrosion inhibitor foaming agent was prepared from surfactant SDBS,corrosion inhibitor TTA and foam stabilizer PVA by laboratory synthesis method.A series of experiments were conducted to evaluate its foam generation ability,stability and corrosion inhibition effect under different environmental conditions (high temperature,high salinity and low p H).The results showed that the interfacial tension of the corrosion inhibitor foaming agent at room temperature was significantly reduced to 29.1 m N·m^(-1),and the foam volume could reach the maximum value of 10.8 L within 10 min,and could remain high stability within 30 min.In terms of corrosion control,compared with the control group,the corrosion inhibitor foaming agent could significantly reduce the corrosion area of the metal sheet from 1.5 cm^(2) to 0.3 cm^(2).In addition,corrosion inhibitor foaming agents showed good corrosion protection effects in high temperature and low p H environments,and the increase in corrosion area was limited.Field application results showed that the application of corrosion inhibitor foaming agent in Well A3 significantly increased gas production.From the second day after injection,the daily gas production increased to 15 000 m^(3),and the casing and tubing pressures increased significantly.The research result not only provides a scientific basis for the optimization of foam technology,but also provides solutions to problems in practical applications,which has important theoretical and practical application value.
