摘 要:采用纳米二氧化硅和锌粉复合增强的聚合物基体,制备出一种新型防腐材料CGA,通过扫描电子显微镜、热重分析、动态热机械分析、电化学阻抗谱和盐雾腐蚀测试,对CGA材料的结构与性能进行了系统研究。结果表明:CGA材料中的纳米二氧化硅均匀分布,提高了涂层的机械强度和耐腐蚀性,在SEM图像中颗粒直径为100~200 nm,展现了连续增强结构。TGA显示其在25~200℃仅有小于2%的失重,350℃为主要分解温度,耐高温能力显著。DMA测试表明:在-100~100℃时储能模量保持在1500~3 000 MPa,说明其在低温至中温条件下具有高机械强度。EIS测试结果表明:CGA材料的Nyquist图中阻抗较高,尤其在低频区表现出良好的电荷转移阻力,验证了其电化学稳定性。盐雾测试显示500 h后腐蚀面积仅为2.5%,优于传统涂层。实际应用表明,CGA涂层在12个月监测期内保持92%以上的表面完整性,而传统涂层大面积剥落。A polymer matrix reinforced by nano-silica and zinc powder was usedto prepare a new anti-corrosion material CGA.Through scanning electron microscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,dynamic thermomechanical analysis,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and salt spray corrosion tests,the structure and properties of CGA materials were systematically studied.The results showed that the nano-silica in the CGA material was evenly distributed,which improved the mechanical strength and corrosion resistance of the coating.In the SEM image,the particle diameter was 100~200 nm,showing a continuous reinforcement structure.TGA showed that it had less than 2% weight loss between 25 ℃ and 200 ℃,350 ℃was the main decomposition temperature,showing significant high temperature resistance.DMA tests showed that the storage modulus was 1500~3000 MPa in the range of-100℃ to 100℃,indicating that it had high mechanical strength under low to medium temperature conditions.The EIS test results showed that the impedance in the Nyquist plot of the CGA material was high,especially in the low frequency region,showing good charge transfer resistance,verifying its electrochemical stability.The salt spray test showed that the corrosion area was only 2.5% after 500 h,which was better than traditional coatings.Practical applications showed that CGA coating maintained more than 92% surface integrity during a 12-month monitoring period,while traditional coatings peeled off in large areas.
