摘 要:以沥青为原料,采用KOH活化法制备3种活性炭样品(AC)。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对AC进行了结构表征,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对沥青进行了结构分析,并研究了AC对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能。结果表明:氧化沥青所制备的活性炭比表面积大于交联剂沥青所制备的活性炭,且芳环结构含量越高、软化点越高的沥青所制备的AC孔隙结构越发达。3种AC对亚甲基蓝的吸附均为Langmuir吸附模型,氧化沥青所制备的活性炭的最大吸附量高于交联剂沥青。Three activated carbon samples(AC) were prepared by KOH activation method using asphalt as raw material.X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) were used to characterize the structure of AC,and the structure of asphalt was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),and the adsorption properties of AC for methylene blue were further studied.The results showed that the specific surface area of the activated carbon prepared by oxidized asphalt was larger than that prepared by crosslinker asphalt,and the higher the aromatic ring structure content,the higher the softening point of the asphalt,the more developed the AC pore structure was.The adsorption of methylene blue by the three AC samples accorded with Langmuir adsorption model,and the maximum adsorption capacity of activated carbon prepared by oxidized asphalt was higher than that of crosslinker asphalt.
