摘 要:CO_(2)驱导致的腐蚀现象已成为制约CO_(2)驱油技术推广的重要问题之一。低铬钢凭借其耐CO_(2)腐蚀、成本较低的优点,成为油气开发和集输领域的新焦点,但井筒采用低铬钢作为油套管的研究还较少。开展了长庆油田CO_(2)驱先导测试区采出井环境下低铬钢腐蚀评价实验。结果表明:当CO_(2)压力5 MPa、温度80℃、Cl^(-)质量浓度15.6 g·L^(-1)时,J55钢、3Cr-1^(#)钢、3Cr-2^(#)钢、5Cr-1^(#)钢、5Cr-2^(#)钢的均匀腐蚀速率均较高;加入缓蚀剂后,3Cr-1^(#)钢与5Cr-1^(#)钢试样整体腐蚀轻微,可以将含Cr低合金钢管材与缓蚀剂配合使用,形成双重防护。Corrosion caused by CO_(2) flooding has become one of the important problems that restrict the promotion of CO_(2) flooding technology.The low alloy steel containing Cr has become the new focus in the field of oil and gas development and gathering and transportation due to its CO_(2) corrosion resistance and low price.The research about low alloy steel containing Cr used as tubing and casing is still relatively few.The corrosion evaluation experiment of low-chromium steel was carried out in gas channeling condition of the produced well in CO_(2) flooding pilot test area of Changqing oilfield.The results showed that the corrosion rate of J55 steel,3Cr-1^(#) steel,3Cr-2^(#) steel,5Cr-1^(#) steel,5Cr-2^(#) steel were all high when the CO_(2) partial pressure was 5 MPa,the temperature was 80℃ and mass concentration of C1^(-) was15.6g·L^(-1).After adding the corrosion inhibitor,the overall corrosion of 3Cr-1^(#) steel and 5Cr-1^(#) steel sample was slight,and the low-alloy steel pipe containing Cr can be used with the corrosion inhibitor to form double protection.
